ABOUT EL360
- Employment Law 360 is a specialist advisory & litigation organisation supplying various businesses with professional services in relation to all aspects of labour and employment laws in the Republic of South Africa & neighbouring border countries. Employment Law 360 works hand in hand with Guardian Employers Organisation (GEO) so as to conform to the representation aspects contained in the Labour Relations Act.
- The GEO is an Employers’ Organisation registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act and has been operational since 1997. The GEO provides its Members with a full Labour Law service that includes drafting needs, consultation, negotiation and representation at the CCMA/Council and Labour Court (LC).
- Services are provided nationally to all business irrespective of their size or sector. Members range from Employers in Security, Cleaning, Mining, Chemical, Maintenance, Publishing, Distribution, Transport, Manufacturing, and many other industries.
